Day 17
They are :
Manifesting and magical sticks
The Lotus and the Lily, Writing down your soul - Janet Conner
Still doing the yoga now regularly, and the EFT and the juices. The affirmations seem to have taken a back seat for now though.

Day 16
I have also been observing how other people are affected by memories just as much as I am, and am wondering how much help EFT can actually help - I am very positive about it's beneficial effects.
The nutribullet arrived today and I have drunk two glasses of fresh juice today. Really pleased with the purchase and I am hoping to have two glasses every day from today, and this will certainly help the 50% raw foods goal.

Day 15
The nutribullet arrived today so hoping to start using it from tomorrow!
Thinking of going to a Qi Gong weekend in February - it is quite expensive but if the money can be manifested somehow it could be well worth it!

Day 14
Also am really enjoying Faster EFT as it seems to be making me more positive. The videos on Youtube are quite enlightening, and there is a lot of material there.
However, I hope I am not drifting away from the premise of this experiment, which is mainly basing it on the work of Jafree Ozwald, and Victor Boc. But I do not see any meanderings as very different and they are all promoting manifesting and creativity and well being.
I have also started MyFitnessPal today as it is a very auspicious day.
Am much more pleased with today overall. Wrote affirmations and spoke and visualised them twice as well today. Nutribullet should be arriving tomorrow so looking forward to it.

Day 13
I recorded the affirmations with background music and also did some EFT. Am planning to listen to the recordings now daily as well.
Day 12
Howver, one thing I did do was give away 1% of my income today to Save the Chldren! Great!

Day 11
Today I wrote the spoke the affirmations and it felt really good to do that. Should have more time now for the next four days to consolidate this routine.

Day 10
He also suggests saying the affirmations while looking in a mirror (scary!!) and to record them in your own voice and play them frequently (Visicoach!)
So here they are:
I, .., am pain free and completely and radiantly heatlthy
I, .., easily make £100,000 a year with my ebook, online and coaching businesses
I, ..., always have a flow of money, have £10,000 in my savings account, am debt free, and have given away at 1% of my income to worthy causes
I,..., and my partner are completely in love with each other, and are honest and faithful to each other
I, ..., do at least 20 mins of exercises daily and have at least 50% raw food, green juices, vitamins and supplements
1,.., meditate daily for at least 20 mins and carry out my affirmation exercises at least 3 times a day.
I,..., live in a beautiful, spiritual house with a lovely conservatory and a beautiful garden.
"Images are like highly explosive vibration bombs, which, when set off, shatter the rocks of difficulties and create the change desired" - Paramhamsa Yogananda
Day 09
Still on track though and hoping to do more of my daily exercises from tomorrow. Affirmations and spiritual exercises done today again.
Monday, 21 October 2013
Day 08
Also came across Faster EFT so have done 2 hours of that today and feel a bit better. So synchronicity again at coming across useful things again but keeping to main threads all along.
Sunday, 20 October 2013
Day 07
It is good to have these anchors to call upon every day. Wrote the affirmations but still no exercise. Not really eaten too well this weekend because of guests and takeaways, but should be back on track from tomorrow.
I was also looking for an online vision board and found one on Oprah's site. So have started that. But in the meantime am looking for suitable images, so here is the next one.
Saturday, 19 October 2013
Day 06
Wrote affirmations today. Seems really important to do this daily to keep the focus on what you are 'unstriving' for! Also listened to some visualisations and this also needs to be part of a daily routine!
Am thinking that there are two ways of making new habits of part of your lifestyle. One is to skirt around the edges and make small changes here and there. The other is to completely immerse yourself in the new lifestyle. I am sure each has its own advantages and there could be doing degrees of each e.g. not immerse yourself completely but make it a very big part while letting it be still comfortable. I think I need to increase the intensity as yesterday I almost felt like giving up!
Another idea I have had is to add images from my goals on a regular basis, and to collate all these into a vision board! So here is the first one.

Day 05
But some synchronocity going on I think. Switched on telly today out of the blue and there was an advert for Nutribullet - a blender for fruit and vegetables endorsed by David Wolfe. Looks impressive and may may it much easier to stick to 70% raw and green juices! So I have ordered it!
I seem to be n a mid place between the shackles of old habits and the promise of the new. But it is the weekend so will be able to consolidate earlier ambitiions and re-read the books that this experiment is based on!
Alos these posts seem to be getting shorter! Only because there is not much happening on the surface that I can report. Looking forward to getting back with this experiment in full swing again.

Day 04
There are some exercises that I am doing every day, and these are my anchor on keeping this going. Have been eating raw foods more and more, and reading my spiritual text (3 pages) daily. But apart from that not much done today in terms of affirmations or visualisations.
I have realised it is very important to have friends who support and share your journey - you know who you are! And I really appreciate it!

Day 03
Of course this is not an experiment on whether the 90 day manifesting works or not. It is only an experiment to see what changes will happen according to how much of the manifestation experiment I carry out. And a record which helps remind me and to keep the discipline.
Some very minor signs of abundance are manifesting themselves. The last three weeks have each given me two numbers in the Lottery - a grand total of £5:40! Also have had phone call out of the blue regarding claiming for the car accident I had a couple of years ago. I have always resisted claiming but now I am open to it so will see what happens!
Today I have written my affirmations and also had at least 50% raw foods - have found an easy way of doing this so will report this method later as well. Also listened to 20 more mins of Wayne Dyer/Eckhart Tolle. I AM THAT I AM!
Tuesday, 15 October 2013
Day 02
The day was then frittered away with work and there was very little time to do any of the affirmations. It is only when I got home that I have managed to find the time to start writing the affirmations. And then in the evening I was trying to 'pack it all in'. Today has made me realise the day needs to starts positively, and then needs to be a few regular minutes dedicated during the day to touching base with the affirmations and visualisations.
Also when writing the affirmations I have started to make small changes to them, but when they become more final I will restate them.
General Feelings
Have a cold and almost didnt go into work. Energy was low. But listening to Wayne Dyer and Eckhart Tolle last night really helped to get rid of limiting beliefs and some of the ego.

Day 01
This blog is mainly for my own discipline, to make sure I record whatever 'manifesting tasks' I have done that day. But I will also record my general feelings and to see how this is affected over time.
I had already created some 'Affirmations' for myself a few weeks ago from the Victor Boc ebook. A lot of these are general and may take more than 90 days. But then, there it is again - a limiting belief! Why do I believe it should take more than 90 days? Here they are:
"I am physically fit and completely and radiantly healthy.
I easily make £100,000 a year with my ebook, coaching and online businesses.
I live with my partner and we are completely in love, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
I live with my partner in an amazing, peaceful, spiritual home with a conservatory and beautiful garden. There is enough living space in the house for my mothers and visitors to stay comfortably as long as they want.
I and my partner love giving our time, money and resources to people who need them ."
However, I realise that not all of these, when translated into goals, are not measurable, so I will restate them as goals that I want to achieve in 90 days. I will also not feel guilty if I need to change the goals in any way (as I am guided!), however they need to remain BIG and give me a sense of aliveness and excitement every time I think of them.
So let us imagine it is the 12 January, 2014.
"I now weigh 171 pounds, and have a daily exercise routine, which includes any of Yoga, Tai Chi, Walking, Qi Gong, Pilates, and swimming. I love my daily exercises and can't wait to do them everyday.
I have a daily diet that includes 70% raw food, lots of juices and vitamins and supplements. However I also enjoy my food very much and within limits enjoy all other foods as part of a social routine. I also enjoy cooking and like to cook healthy meals for other people.
I have a daily meditation and spiritual exercises routine, including affirmations that increases my vibration and well being every time I do them.
I have £5000 in my savings account. I have also given away 1% of all my income since the 14th October to charity.
I have 3 ebooks on Amazon from which I am getting as £1000 per month. I have been open to all other business ideas and contacts and have implemented them as I have been guided on a daily basis."
I will add to these along the way (or amend them) but hopefully the gist of these will remain the same. I also plan to read the above books (and others) on a daily basis, so I will add my thoughts on which ideas move or affect me most profoundly. I also plan to create a workbook from this experiment and to create my own recordings of affirmations and visualisations,
From the two books there are some habits that are to be implemented on a daily basis. These are (in my own words):
1. On waking, repeat and visualise the affirmations above.
2. After some stretching Yoga, 20 mins of exercise (preferably in the morning) 6 days a week
3. 20 mins of meditation.
4. Listening to and reading positive books and recordings.
5. Writing affirmations once a day
6. Before sleeping, meditation for 20 mins and visualisation of affirmations.
7. Some form of service to someone every day (big or small)
8. 70% of food to be raw, 6 days a week and 5 large glasses of water daily. Green juices, vitamins and supplements daily. Vegetable/juice fast for 36 hours once.
9. Dream dialoging in a team or alone.
General Feelings
Without meaning to dwell on the negative, I am merely reporting my feelings on a day to day basis. Last night, maybe because of eating too much or too late, I woke up with a night sweat an anxiety attack after a bad dream. However this morning and today I was feeling a lot better because this plan is being implemented, and there are goals to strive for. But sincerely it is not the goals as an end in themselves, but almost looking forward to the journey as a game. Truthfully though I do not like winter and the dark evenings anymore, and I look on them with a feeling of dread.
